Please, I really need urgent help. My laptop ASUS F551C- SX080H decided not to work a very good morning. Windows 8 is not showing up anymore and I only get a black screen with an "Enter Password" quote.
I never had a password, and I tried all kind of four characters without anything but "invalid password" result.
The laptop is still in guarantee, but they propose to pick it up in Spain ( where I live), send it to Portugal to technical services, and maybe within a few months, I'll get my PC. back.
The problem is: I have no mobility right now due to an accident, I can't afford a new one, and I really need my laptop to work.
Please! Please!!! Desperately seeking for a solution. If someone can help me out, it will be my hero...
