After Google it: found very little information ! but
*** I had very bad experience with my last hp Pavilion DV6, DV6 ´s cooling system was bad, fan´s noise was too loud. Is hp-pavilion-15 better? is GeForce 840M is ok for some 1080p gaming. As it has 1080p Display?
Please help!!!

Well, since they have the EXACT same specs except the screen, I'd go with the ASUS. They have better customer service and with a 768 resolution you'll get better fps than with the 1080 if you game at all or watch a lot of video. If the higher resolution is more important to you than the fps then get the HP. Either unit is a quality rig.

Agree, go with the ASUS, you'll get better perfomance out of it and their gaming quality beats HP (Unless you were expecting to watch 1080p movies or something)
