asus gl752 vs alienware 17 wich one to choose? pls help!

which one is better for gaming and fps? asus gl752 i7 6700hq 16gb ddr4 and 960m 4gb or alienware 17 i7 4700mq 16gb ddr3 and r9 m290x? i know that 960m is really bad for gaming in ultra settings what about alien with these specs? witch one give more fps and worth to trade with my gaming desktop? thank you!

The Alienware has a faster video card so will be faster for gaming even though it has an older CPU.
