ASUS Keyboard Problems

I have just purchased an ASUS Laptop and even after having changed the Language and Keyboard to English and English UK many of the keys do not match what they are supposed to do. Any answers please !!!!

Hi, do you have a bilingual keyboard or just English?

The best thing is to do is contact your laptop care service. If you have warranty call them and ask for a resolution for this, they may change your laptop keyboard or do something.

If you changed the settings to UK layout and UK English does this mean that you bought the laptop in a different country,if so then the keyboard layout is likely to be of that country and it won't always match.
