Asus laptop lag issue

My newly purchased Asus gaming laptop. I use Firefox, for a while i can watch youtube video at 1080p360 smoothly then soon after the video starts lagging and everything else in other tabs lags skips when i scroll down and up badly, I expected lag free performace at all times. Is normal? What could be causing it?

only youtube on firefox? other site work fine? try another browser? Might want to contact asus for support or just return it

i haven't tried other browser. Video lags and everything starts lagging as well, i'm afraid i have to keep it

why do you have to keep it? if it got some hardware issue. return it.
