ASUS laptop progress?

Solved bios lockout with rescue password list found on line. Now computer turns on but only opens to bios screens. How do I get it to open in Windows like it supposed to? Is it something bios or something different?

Need some details here, this happened how? Is the drive showing up in the BIOS? Is it in the boot list? What happens when you manually select the drive as the boot device?
