Asus laptop stuck at 64% when factor reset

I reset my asus laptop to factory reset and it has been stuck on 64% for 3 days now

what version of windows is it meant to be restoring to?

If its still on, turn it off. I doubt its doing anything. I suspect you will need to fresh install as I doubt windows much good at moment.

I have the same problem when formatting mine is stuck on 34%. My PC is already on for more then 40 hours. Pls help!
