Solved! Asus laptop stuck at logo screen

Hey! My Asus X555L laptop is stuck at the asus logo startup screen, and after some time passes it just shuts down. I am bad with tech, please help!! I CAN access the bios, but I don't know what to do there. Lol.

Hi,

Try removing the storage device. Issues with Hard Drives can often cause this issue to occur.

However, if you still have warranty on the laptop don't go altering the system in anyway. Send the device back.

What do you mean exactly? Everything is INSIDE the laptop so I sadly can't do anything. And I didn't insert a card/anything like that.

Press alt+powerbutton

when booting your laptop press hold F9 key button for few seconds until you get to Windows Recovery Menu
select Advanced Start Up to get to recovery menu then select Advanced Options
then you can either go with System Restore which will restore your laptop system to previous working configuration
or reset windows to factory settings
Run the system restore option first as it doesn't erase your personal data
if you have personal data you might try to rescue that data before attempting a factory reset.Reboot when restore or factory reset is finished.
