asus laptop switches off automatically

hello everyone

My Mom's Laptop is switching off automatically. when i turn it on it shows me Asus then it turn off.

i thought i was the battery so i removed the battery an put it directly on charger ,it does the same thing.

can someone help me on this problem? my mom really needs her laptop for work....

If your laptop is old, then may be it is muffled with dust and cause heating problems. Do you hear the fan? and does it overheat? what if you tried to turn it on with only the battery? you you hear any beep sound while switching it on? did you try pressing the power button for 30 seconds without batter and AC cord and with battery?

i have tried all the suggestion you gave me, it is still the same

Hi, try this, remove and put back the RAM you have in the laptop, sometimes it's just a bad contact.
