Asus laptop won't turn on

Hey guys. After cleaning the motherboard and exhaust fan of my laptop and after putting altogether the parts in the right place now it won't turn. Whenever I put the ac adapter the power led keeps flashing and it won't turn on. Tried to repeat all the process and still won't boot up. Power led still flashing.

Take the battery out.

Plug the charger into the laptop.

Hold down the power button for the laptop for at least 30 seconds.

After it boots replace the battery (with it on) then leave it to charge properly.

The problem is, whenever I put the ac adapter, or even the battery, the power led indicator keeps flashing and is not stable. So if I put the adapter it keeps flashing on and off. Appreciate your answer.
