asus lifeframe not responding

everytime i try to open my lifeframe, it says 8 works only with asus laptops...... n my laptop s asus x53e..... can anyone help?

It seems to be a compatibility problem between Windows 8 and LifeFrame3. Try this:

a) Uninstall LifeFrame3 on your ASUS using the Remove/Uninstall feature in Windows.
b) Restart your laptop (just to be on the safe side)
c) Go to http/asus-lifeframe.software.informer.com/download/
d) Download the relevant LifeFrame3 version (v3.1.9 for Windows 8 64-bit)
Follow the instructions...
