Asus N550J crashes while charging

I don't know why, but when I play csgo while it's charging the whole computer crashes.

Hi,

It maybe overheating or it could also be a driver problem. Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Uninstall the graphics driver from Device Manager.
- Check Programs and Features for any left traces of the graphics driver.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- Once installed reboot your laptop for all the changes to take effect.
- If these steps will not work do try another AC adapter that has the same voltage and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- Lastly, you may need to open the laptop to clean the inside of it and apply new thermal on both the GPU and CPU.
