Asus N61JQ vs K42JA :please help

Hi all i am trying to buy a notebook and ended up with Asus, but
I tried every thing to get Asus N61JQ-X1 series,
But Asus didn't launch that laptop in india, and when i called to Asus sales they have given list of notebooks available in india
In that list, i found the below laptop can anyone suggest me how this laptop performs

Hows the k42ja of urs,
is it good,
I've played battlefield bad company2, Crysis warhead, modern warfare 2 all with 1300*768 resolution running windows 7 professional but with same ram 2 GB

2 times game crashed in BFBC2,
crysis and modern warfare 2 ATI drivers stopped working after using trainers
sometimes game was soooo slow it stucked at the last of MW2,

how's urs, anyone updated ur ram to 4GB and then hows the performance ,i am thinking to update upto 6GB.
but the best part is, laptop is running soo chilled and quiet hough i've to comprimise for sound and battery life
I kept my lappy running for continuously 3 days, but is soo quiet and chilled
