The Paladin :
wait what ? why did you disassemble the laptop to update your bios ? its just a program the updates file updates the information inside the chip you don't actually replace the chip, because its welded on the motherboard.,
Ok let me explain this in detail:
I have followed the procedure given by in order to update the bios.
USB thumb drive fat 32 formatted and the bios file on the root.
after that i have rebooted the laptop and entered on the Bios setup, accessing the EZ flasher
I have pointed to the bios file and the whole process started by erasing, flashing and verification.
The problem started at verification. It showed "verification error" for about 4 or 5 times. It rebooted itself and it "died". Since i do have a bios programming machine, i am trying to find the chip itself, in order to programm it again. That is why it is unassembled.
