ASUS ROG G751JY vs MSI GT72 2PE Dominator Pro

I am saving up to buy a new laptop, and am stuck in a predicament. I can't decide which one of these two PC's are better:

Asus G751JY http/www.asus.com/us/site/g-series/G751/

or

MSI GT72 2PE Dominator Pro. http/www.msi.com/product/nb/GT72-2...#hero-overview

They are both around $2300, so price doesn't change the outcome of the PC. Please don't say "Don't buy a laptop, get a desktop." I need a portable PC, which can play games, but also do schoolwork for next year. Our school has bring your own device in Year 9+.

I'd go the Asus, better quality, durability and their QC is excellent - I stay away from MSI due to their poor QC

As for the other guy, what is QC? Also, which one has a longer battery?

QC is Quality Control - ensuring everything is right with the laptop (here, or an individual component) before they are sent out for sale
