Asus Rog unable to boot after windows 10 reset failed.

I recently attempted to completely clean my laptop's harddrive in preparation to hand it off to another owner. The reset froze at 15% or about 4 hours so after my internet search results yielded no solutions I decided to power down the laptop. Now I cannot turn the laptop on at all, when attempting to boot, it simply repeatedly hits the Asus Rog screen and then shuts down and then goes back to the Asus Rogscreen, at no point does it load to windows. I have a bootable USB with windows 10 on it, but the laptop won't recognize the USB at all. Someone please help! This laptop is way too nice to be trashed!

Try putting windows onto a disk. Are still able too enter the BIOS?

I'm still able to enter the bios, but I don't know how I'd be able to get a hold of a copy of windows on a disk since this laptop is my only device that can burn disks.

You could mount windows onto a USB instead using something like ISO2USB.
