Solved! Asus ROG Windows Update BIOS stuck

I got a windows update that requires me to restart the laptop (GL503GE) so I did. It booted me to the Asus EZ Flash 3 Ultility v03.00 with a warning message 'BIOS upgrade is processing. Don't turn off your computer' And it still stayed the same for so long. Also the cursor freeze. Any solution?

Same problem here. It is stuck for 1 hour now. What should I do?

power it off
remove the battery, press and hold the power button for about 1minute.
Power on again

Thanks. Just want to say that after 1h30 waiting, I forced the shutdown, it rebooted, and the BIOS was actually been upgraded. It was a scary moment...
I still don't know if the automatic upgrade was triggered by windows update or ASUS Live update.

Is the tool Armoury Crate from ASUS installed on your laptop?
After installing windows without lan connection it might ask:
"Download Armoury Crate & LAN Driver" ?
If yes is chosen, an integrated lan driver within the UEFI will be installed. WPBT "technology" might have happened.

Same issue here today(Rog gl503ge) , have the solution tho.. Automatic update from BIOS V 3.08 to V 3.14.
I downloaded the V 3.13 from the official Asus site.
After doing a hard reset, install the 3.13,via EZFlash. Follow up with installing V 3.14, and you're done, nice and easy.
