Did you open it and reseat the drive and RAM? Can you select the boot disk manually? If it fell while running and you have a spinning platter drive, the drive may have gotten damaged and needs to be replaced before you can start Windows on it.
No, keyboard is fully functioning. It is just that my laptop stuck on the BIOS UTILITY EZ MODE
