asus sonicmaster says on start up reboot and select proper boot device

asus doesn't boot up windows it says reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device I have windows 10 pro on a 2 tb hard drive plugged in to it..... help!

either the hdd failed or cable came loose.
