I have an Asus X541uv for a year. recently, I have a problem with my Wi-Fi driver(or the Wi-Fi card). it disconnects suddenly and an Ethernet icon with a red symbol shows in the taskbar instead to Wifi... in Device Manager there is no Wifi driver!!! some times when i restart, it solves but usually not solve... my wifi driver is up-to-date and i have downloaded it from ASUS website... PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Sounds like your wifi card may be on the way out, open up the system and try re-seating it, also re-connect the antennas to it. If that still keeps happening, you can try another card.

Thanks for your answer.
I went to my laptop Guarantee and the Tech said: it has software problem... she said : we'll re-install Windows and WiFi driver to resolve it!!! And it's out of guarantee...
