Solution helpstar Jul 16, 2018 SMART is the self diagnose system of hard drives. Your hard drive is faulty and have to be replaced. Buy a new Hard drive or better a SSD (much faster) and install windows freshly to it. If you have personal not backupped data on your old hard drive, you can try to connect it to a PC and copy files from there to another drive.
