My Asus x541s shutting down randomly..it's only 2 weeks old

If it is that new and already giving you problems, you need to contact either the place you got it from or the manufacturer and get them to give you a new one. No new device should give you any issues.

I also have the same problem. Mine is same model(X541S). This is first time I bought Asus device. Previously I used Dell and Acer lap tops and never had this problem. I even contacted service provider in my country and they couldnt fix the problem. Asus doesnt take any responsibility. I decided to sell it for half price. This brqnd is a real garbage!

good morning,
i had the same case but after few days i realized that it's a battery's security.. so if you want to work with battery only without plugging any charger you need to shutdown your device and start it without plugging charger.
