Hello, so my problem with the laptop is not something new as i've seen this one posted a lot here..however the behavior seems different

It all started 1 year ago when my laptop didn't turned on..so I removed battery and power cord and press turn on button for ~30 seconds and after that it worked, however I had to repeat this operation each time I wanted to turn it on with some exceptions...if i would immediatly remove battery, mouse and power cord after shutting it down, the next time i could turn on the laptop normally..without that 30 sec pressed on operation.

All is good, kinda, until 1 week later when the laptop could not be turned on using this method(30 sec pressed on power on), now each time I wanted to turn I had to remove cmos battery so I could start it..i kept doing this for 2-3 weeks when suddenly even this method became obsolete as it would only start if i let the laptop untouched uncharged not connected to anything for 2-3 days.

The strange thing is that somehow after 2 months seemed like everything worked good again..no 30 sec press no cmos remove each time..no need for 3 days pause, I could even leave battery and power cord connected and it could be turned on with no problems and i tought there are no problems anymore, but I was wrong as after 6 months i encountered the same problems..no luck with 30 sec method or cmos battery or even waiting for 3 days..last time like 2 weeks ago it turned on after 4 days of waiting but now it can't start no matter what, I even removed each component from motherboard and tried turning on but nothing.

The only thing is that when I connect power cord i hear a low stingy sound coming from that location.

I've already tried with different power cords and also mine is working on other laptops.

Laptop was bought in early 2016 with 1 year warranty.

Sorry if something is not understood but English is not my main lang.

Thank you for taking your time.
