[ASUS Zenbook UX32VD-DB71] VS. [Apple MD101LL/A]

So I have poked around the forums and the internet and cant seem to find the info I'm looking for so I am trying to pick between the.

ASUS Zenbook UX32VD-DB71 (with a personal SSD and RAM upgrade )

I'm a gamer but have a PC for that but I still want to be able to play CS:GO and Starcraft 2 on the go. But I need a laptop for Photoshop and video editing and animation at school.

So my question is if I'm planning on having and working with the adobe CS6 MC do i go apple or can the Zenbook(with upgrades) perform on the same level.

If you plan on using Adobe CS6 MC I would recommend the ASUS because of the dedicated graphics. The CUDA technology available on the NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M will be helpful when working with Premiere Pro, AfterEffects and Photoshop.

I figured there would be a little more controversy over this considering how I debated it in my head for a couple weeks. LOL

but anyway glad I don't have to go to OSX Ive been on windows since I was six years old. (looking forward to modifying a laptop 😀)

Yes - if you were going to get the mac you should spring for the higher end model with real graphics. Otherwise it doesn't matter.

So i guess that ends that debate and I should go with the ASUS thanks for the help all.

Now the question is whether or not I can wait till black Friday / Cyber Monday. 😀 lol
