Hello,
I am running HP Pavilion G6 laptop with AMD Radeon HD 6480G graphic card in it.
Every time i enter game or go play HD video, my computer crashes with annoying blue screen.

I found out that in Device Manager I have 2 graphic card drivers installed, one is AMD Radeon HD 6480G and the other one is AMD Radeon HD 7450M.

I have tried many popular solutions on internet, which have not worked for me, so i hope someone can help me.

Thanks.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in resolving that issue.

- Go to Device Manager and uninstall AMD graphics card driver
- Open Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to AMD graphics
- Download and install driver from AMD support site.
- Here's the link where you can download it: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop for all the changes to take effect after it finished installing.
- After the reboot make sure that AMD is set to run all games.

I have tried those steps, but it does not seems to help.
I have installed the Need for Speed Most Wanted, which used to run smooth before, and still I get the same error, or the display freezes.
I am still pointing on that doubled graphic card drivers which i found in Device Manager.
Any more helps?
If you need, I can post Minidump files.
Thanks.
