Audio Interface detects the Mic but the PC doesnt

I use the ModMic 5 with the XLR adapter that comes with it. The audio interface I use is the Tascam US-1800. The audio interface senses the mic and I can hear it using the mix option on it but the PC doesn't sense it at all but it does show that there is a sound input from the card.

The Rig I'm running is:
