Solved! Audio Jack Problems

I have a working Headset that is fine outofthebox but has problems with my audio jack on my phone when it loses sound on the left side and had to twist or adjust it so the sound comes back. On other devices the headset is fine. How do i fix this problem on my phone?

Would need to repair the jack. Maybe some contact cleaner can help.
