Audio jacks randomly stopped working.

So I was setting up SLI and ran into an issue so I took the card out and put it back in without issue. I then turned my computer back on and all the Nvidia HDMI sound outputs say "Not plugged in" along with my main speakers device. I have no clue what could have caused this, I redownloaded the audio drivers, unplugged them from the jacks over and over, I went back in my computer to see if I knocked anything out. But nothing. Also I see the Asus control panel and the back and front panel are all faded and the two jacks that I plugged in say "Connector Retasking"
