Audio Out of Sync

I have a Toshiba 4K tv and an LG sound bar connected via optical cable. I also have a Sony Blu-ray player connected via HDMI to the TV. There is a noticeable delay in the audio sync when I watch BluRays... can’t figure it out.

Not sure on the Toshiba but there is a setting on Samsung that adjusts the picture delay you can mess with it and see if you can line it back up.

This particular TV doesn’t have that option. It’s a Toshiba 4K FireTV.
