Audio problems

Recently i have begun to have a problem where, when i plug in a device and go to playback devices, the device is shown as not plugged in. I have tried uninstalling the drivers, i made sure that all the cords were plugged, and i have tried multiple devices in the jacks, front and back. I could not find any solution that worked in a dozen or two google pages. I also emailed realtek about a week ago, they gave me no reply.

I dont beleive so, the audio worked until a couple days after christmas

Without warning it began to recognize the speakers, but no sound still comes out of the speakers and when i got to the volume mixer and am playing music the green bar still goes up with the sound level.
