Audio Setup Help

Hi everyone, was wondering if this seemingly possible audio system would work. Basically, I have a setup where my PC and my Laptop sit on the same desk and I practically use them at the same time. However, I can't use the laptop as a secondary monitor but would like to hear the laptops audio from my PC's USB Headset. Is there anyway I can output all of the audio of the laptop to my PC's headset with cables?

you can use the 3.5 mm laptop out...
plug into the PC line audio input.
