Question Auto clear app stored cache?

Hi,I was wondering if I could somehow automatize removing the stored cache (not the ram one,the storage one) every x hours or something like that

Here is what I am reffering to
If you are wondering the reason,that cache slowes down instagram very,very bad,and if I delete it,instagram works just fine,until a few hours pass and it s 400-800mb of cache and slow again...

I can delete that cache,but it fills back very quickly
A reboot would be much much slower than deleting that cache every few hours
I was looking for a way to automatically delete that cache every few hours,not do it manually
