Solved! Auto rotation on my DSLR D5200 does not work

My DSLR d5200 does not auto rotate the display screen when the camera display screen is flipped, however the auto rotation option is ON.What would be the reason ??

Is the option "rotate tall" -> on in playback mode?

Is the firmware of the camera up to date?
