AutoHotKey is "removed" but not really?

So I installed "AutoHotKey" to run some script stuff I was working on, I go to uninstall it because I no longer want it on my computer, and so I uninstall it through windows uninstaller, and all is well. Or so I thought. When opening task manager I see a few strange untitled programs, so I end them, and they came back almost instantly.

So I go to their file location, and would you believe it they're programs from AutoHotKey, as that's their program image.

So I start looking around at ways to disable it, look into services, and then I see this

And ever time I end one of those, another starts up. I can't find anything with AVG, windows and other uninstallers can't find anything, but it's there, and it's using memory and I want it gone. Any help?
*Update*
I've had a look around on other forums, and it's just people saying "Well why would you want to remove it anyway" so no help elsewhere.
I also cannot shred the program in the folder in the second image, because I apparently don't have the right permissions, which is very strange
*Update*
After digging further I have discovered the program has special permissions disabled for everyone, and no matter what I do it will always disable it instantly once I remove that block

Are you saying that as "admin" on your computer you cannot go into "msconfig" and uncheck the services that are running.

And you cannot go into Task Manager to remove them from startup.

If you find that a program is locked there are utilities that can unlock the program (allow it to be shutdown).

You may also be able to remove them via the registry. That is risky especially if you have not worked with registry editing. But keep the option in mind if nothing else works.
