Automatic Repair Loop

I was in my laptop (I only know that it's an HP) and I went to chrome. I pressed the power button long enough so that it would shutdown. Now I'm in the automatic Repair Loop. I tried every action it allows but still I can't do anything about it. Can somebody help me please

If that is the case, you may well have to do a full on system restore, which will mean loss of all data. You will need a USB drive with the original software on it, or a cd/dvd with it.
