Back up fire fox compleatly

every book mark, every extention, the themes, i want to make a 100% backup of everything, how do i do this?

is there an easy to use extention if firefox that will back it all up to 1 file?
the problem is is that i have 3 firefoxex installed to more or less the same place, and dont know if this will hit the right one.

reguardless im going to use it the moment im done backing up 700gb+ of other data
