I’ve been complained about short battery life (last for a day max without any heavy usage) on my S8600 Wave 3 and yet the easiest and most cost effective I’ve done is to just buy addition batteries. Battery capacity claims are to be taken with that grain of salt, especially from China. One of the best I used is mpj which I think a little higher than stock. And for the price, why not?

Since Wave 3 is my first smartphone, Ive been wondering Android v.s. Bada OS, which sucks up battery life faster? Actually I am thinking of getting a new Android phone.

not sure about the batt life, i owned a wave 3 also. not sure how far BADA has developed, but back then bada just lacks support. not even sure if samsung is still pushing with this

Anything with Android 4.3 and newer will have TRIM and save battery life. Also if you root and use an app like Greenify to kill background tasks you can save tons of battery life.
