How do you read these time stamps? Here's a picture i have which is time stamped, but i don't get it.. is it 1/19/2003? And does that mean it was the date the photo was taken or processed in a lab?

^^ Actually, yeah. Edited my post. 2003 era, timestamp was more likely to be the lab. Timestamps on the film existed, but I don't think it was ever overly commonplace.

Likely the date processed in the photo lab, assuming this is an actual paper picture, developed from film. Is there a date on the back of the photo as well?

I suppose there were some cameras, back in the day, that could apply a sort of time stamp to the film that would then be present on the photo itself.

Yeah this is a paper photograph, there is nothing on the back except the Kodak printing i believe (can't find the photo at the moment)
