Battery & AC in no power

I have the battery and AC in but the laptop does not turn on. What can I do? I have been using it on with both together then one day it did not turn on.

If it's dead you'll have to let a laptop repair centre take a look at it.

What model/type/brand is your laptop?

Do any lights come on when you try to power it on? And where the AC adapter plugs into the laptop does the little LED light up (indicating there is power flowing from the adapter to the motherboard/battery)?

Check LED indication if it lit when turn on, it could be charger/power supply is not charging the battery. Try remove the battery and turn on your laptop with power (charger) from wall outlet. if not turning ON, could be charger defect or something else, either send it to repair center.

If you can hear the hard disk running or fan sound, but there’s no image on the screen. Bring your laptop in dark room and find out if there is an image on the display. If that so there's problem on the screen.
