Hello
I have a Toshiba laptop, which I bought almost 3 years ago. All of sudden the laptop stopped charging. I have this notification: plugged in, not charging.
Which means that the cable is functioning, the problem is somewhere else. I searched on youtube some suggested solutions like uninstalling the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery followed by other steps and then remove the battery, followed by other steps and then insert the battery again, etc. Unfortunately I couldn't do all this properly, because my battery is built in, so I can't remove it.
I'm desperate
Please any help, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you in advance!
