Battery draining fast of a new laptop

I bought a new laptop HP Probook 450 G3...initially it was perfect it had more than 6 hrs of battery time but after a month its battery used to drain in about 1.25 hrs and laptop exhaust blows hot air..its only a month old..pls give me some advice and solution..thanks

Well, depending on what you are doing, that can happen. Especially with gaming.

If that isn't the case, and it is that new, then I would contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer about a repair or replacement. Something that new should not overheat and should not drain that fast.
