Battery Draining from 100% to 0 within 10 min right after I unplugged it from a/c power

I have 3 batteries for my Sony Vaio that get drained within 10 min after I unplug them from the a/c power. Each of them will say 100% carged & they get drained within 10 minutes of using my laptop. If I keep my laptop plugged to the power, then I don't have a problem.

If your laptop were using power that heavily your charger would be VERY hot also. Were any of these three batteries new Sony batteries?
