Battery or charger?

Acer Aspire One-last night it was beeping on and off. Today it said battery low, shut down and now it does nothing-no lights.Battery or charger?

Remove the battery, unplugg and press power button for about 10 seconds.

Then try booting with the charger plugged in only.
If no avail, try it with another charger.
