Battery upgrade on laptop

As I may or may not have mentioned in a previous post, I now have an acer predator helios 300. Battery life is pure crap, but my question is, would it explode/die if I managed to stick a 99wh battery in it?

I'm fine with getting an external battery, but I would like the convenience of an internal battery..
