Battery won't charge.

Aspire E 11 is 6 months old and the battery won't charge. It only has about 2 hours on it. I'm really disappointed, as I thought this would be a good learning computer for my husband. I bought it for him for Christmas. What can I do to correct this problem.

Send it back. Take it back to the shop, get it replaced
