beep sound when i start my pc

mine is a toshiba lap.
when i start it makes a continuous beep sound.
after some time of this sound , it starts

Hey i would check all the keys work once in windows, 1 maybe slighty pressed down causing the beeping..or just tap each key individualy and make sure it springs back up.
