Before my i3 (on msconfig) showed 4 cores now it only shows 1 core

Did my processor break or is it something else because my laptop has been running a lot slower than normal. My os is windows 10 btw.

But when i noticed it wasn't being that fast in... well everything it showed https://gyazo.com/275611e210d6ad6e81ac7b77a5246b6d and whenever i tried to change it showed only 1 gyazo wouldn't let me show it.
