Alienware is too expensive for what you get. They trade on the brand and use cheap components. Alienware is just another name for Dell.

iphone has small screen,poor battery,ios but it has great build quality and aftersales service.that's why people buy it,same is with alienware.out of 13 steam machines showcased at ces 2014 alienware got the most reception.there;s something right they must be doing?
