Best $350 laptop to go with my desktop?

I am currently building a desktop for gaming, but since I'm going to college starting next year, I need something portable too. I would like it to be under 5 pounds and 14 inches or smaller. My price range $350. It doesn't need to handle a lot, but I would like it to be able to handle HD video streaming and everyday tasks such as Word and PowerPoint. It would also be nice to be able to have more than 2 tabs open on Chrome without it lagging. Finally, it would be great to have a 1920x1080 screen, but that's not a deal breaker. If I must go up to $400 to get everything (or close to everything) I want, I'm ok with that.
Thank you!

The best 14" laptop for $350 in new condition that I am aware of is the Acer Swift SF114-31-P5WW. However, it uses a low power Pentium N3710 Quad-core CPU which is less powerful than a 2nd generation Core i3 CPU. It also only has a 1366x768 resolution screen. It has 128GB of eMMc for storage. Slower than a SSD, but a bit faster than a 7200RPM hard drive.

The best laptop you can actual buy for $350 is the following 15.6" Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BM with a Core i3-7100u and a 1080p screen. However, it is about 5.3lbs.

At $433 you can buy the following 14" Acer NX.GKBAA.012;SF314-51-30W6 with a Core i3-6100u and weighs in at 3.3lbs. But it only comes with a 1366x768 screen, though it does have a 128GB SSD.

If you bump up your budget to $500 then you can buy the following Acer Swift 3 with a Core i3-7100u, 1080p screen, and 128GB SSD. It weighs 3.3lbs.
