You would be hard pressed to find any laptop under $650 with an Intel Core i7. It's nigh on impossible to find one made by ASUS with a 2GB dedicated GPU and 8GB of RAM unless you can find it used and in absolute beat-to-hell condition. You will need to either raise your budget or lower your expectations (likely both) to find a suitable laptop.
